Your Function Taken Care Of
Blaydon RFC provide facilities for all occasions varying from Weddings, Christenings, Formal Dinner parties, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Christmas parties and many other occasions. It has 3 Function rooms capable of holding function from around 30 people to 250.
We provide fully managed service, arranging everything you need for your function from:
- Catering: various menus selection and catering costs.
- Room decoration including Balloon displays
- Table linen, place settings and cutlery
- Sweet stalls, Chocolate fountain, etc.
- Resident Disco, Bands or Karaoke
- Photo booth
Blaydon Rugby Club provides excellent facilities for all your hospitality needs and can host outdoor functions, barbeques and family/corporate fun days either during the day or during the evening.

- 3 conference rooms with additional break out rooms available
- LED or Projector capability in all 3 conference rooms
- Boardroom or Theatre layouts available
